The Focus Wheel
This is a beautifully clear video, of an Abraham-Hicks process, called The Focus Wheel, reproduced here, courtesy of its creator, Arvind Singh.
The purpose of The Focus Wheel is to develop a new belief. As you complete the process, you will feel a sense of relief and a feeling of moving closer to the end result, that you desire.
How to Use It:
Choose a desire that you have for your life and allow yourself about 15 minutes or so, when you can play around with your subject. Writing is usually more useful than just thinking about a subject, as it focuses your attention and allows you to be more consistently positive. Enjoy the process and make it as detailed as you like.

Recipe for Joy - by Abraham-Hicks
- Seek joy, first and foremost.
- Seek reasons to laugh.
- Seek reasons to offer words of praise to self and others.
- Seek beauty in nature, beasts and other humans.
- Seek reasons to love. In every segment of every day - look for something that brings forth within you a feeling of love.
- Seek that which uplifts you.
- Seek opportunities to offer that which uplift another.
- Seek a feeling of Well being.
- Know that your value can only be measured in terms of joy.
- Acknowledge your absolute freedom to do any of these things, or to not do any of these things - for it is, without exception, your choice in every moment of every day.
68 Seconds of Pure Thought
This tool was created in response o the Abraham-Hick's explanation of the power of 17 Seconds. It is reproduced here, courtesy of its creator, Arvind Singh.
It is of importance to note the word"pure" in this context. In order for your thought regarding your desire to be pure, there must not be any contradictory thought. So your feeling towards your desire must hold the vibration of the desire, as if it were already achieved and not the vibration of the lack of your desire, or that it is not here yet.
To give an example, let us say it is your intention to attract a romantic partner. To do this, you would focus on the wonderful, romantic feelings of spending time with this special person, rather than the loneliness of being without them, or a feeling of longing.
