- A Monthly Telephone Coaching Package:
This is where you schedule 3 or 4 coaching sessions over a month. It is
usual to have coaching for at least two months, with a minimum of one
month. This will include some email support between sessions.
- A One off Coaching Session: You can schedule coaching appointments, as and when you need them.
- A Bespoke Coaching Package: This can be a mixture of face to face, telephone coaching sessions and some email support between sessions.
